Uttarakhand Public Service Commission conducts Uttarakhand Forest Range Officer (FRO), 2021. This exam is conducted in three steps:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam

Prelims Exam Pattern of UKPSC FRO Exam
There is only one paper for Uttarakhand Forest Range Officer (FRO) Prelims exam. The maximum weightage of this paper is total 150 marks and 2 hours duration.

Mains Exam Pattern of UKPSC FRO Exam
The candidates for mains exam are selected through the prelims exam. Those candidates who cleared prelims exam, will appear in the mains exam. The mains exam consists of five papers. All five papers are compulsory. The candidates must score at least 33% marks in General Hindi compulsory Paper in mains exam. The scheme for mains exam is given below:
