Social Welfare Department (SWD), Government of Uttar Pradesh has invited the Online Application Form for the UP Scholarship Programme 2021 – 2022.This Programme has started for Class 11th, 12th, UG Courses BA, B.Com, B.SC, B.Tech, LLB, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, BA LLB and Other Various UG Courses, PG Courses MA, M.Com, M.SC, M.Ed., LLM, etc., Diploma and Certificate. Application Fee for UP Scholarship Form 2021
There will be no application fee for the Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Form 2021-22. The Scholarship form will be filled only through online mode. The application fee is zero for candidates of all categories.
Eligibility Criteria for UP Scholarship Form 2021
- The Students/Candidates of Uttar Pradesh enrolled with School, College, Institution or University.
- Post Matric-11 : The Candidates passed class-10 exam and enrolled in class-11.
- Post Matric-12 : The Candidates passed class-11 exam and enrolled in class-12.
- Dashmottar : The Candidates enrolled under Graduate / Post Graduate / Certificate / Diploma Courses.

How to Apply for UP Scholarship Online Form 2021
- For Fresh Candidates: The fresh candidate who has taken admission this year should be in class 11, 12 (High School / Intermediate) 2021-2022 & Other Dashmottar Courses UG / PG/Diploma/Certificates course, should apply in fresh.
- For Renewal Candidates: The candidates who are already enrolled in any school/college and had applied for scholarships last year will renew their application.
- Kindly Collect the All Document Before Apply Online
- If you are not of the non-refundable amount, please check your fee receipts or contact your college/school if there is any confusion.
- Submit the hard copy your form to the concerned school/college within 3 days of the completion of the application.

- Aadhar Card is Compulsory for the Scholarship form application for academic year 2021-22.
